REFUNDS
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our services involve strategy, creative production, planning, team allocation, and ongoing performance support. Because resources are committed to each engagement, service fees are non-refundable.
All Service Fees Are Non-Refundable
All payments made for Expanse Digital services are non-refundable once the engagement has been confirmed, resources have been allocated, work has been scheduled, or service delivery has started.
This applies to:
- Creative strategy
- Creative production
- Static/carousel creative production
- Video ad production
- Creative testing
- Performance review
- Ongoing monthly service engagements
- Other agreed professional services
Cancellation
You may request cancellation for future service periods by providing notice according to the agreed engagement terms.
Cancellation does not create a right to a refund for:
- Services already paid for
- Work already completed
- Work already scheduled
- Resources already allocated
- The current billing or service period, where applicable
Work in Progress
If cancellation occurs while work is in progress, amounts already paid remain non-refundable.
Client Delays
Delays in providing assets, approvals, feedback, access or information do not automatically create a refund entitlement. Where delays affect timelines, delivery schedules may be adjusted.
Third-Party Costs
Third-party costs, platform fees, subscriptions, licenses, media spend or other external costs are not refundable by Expanse Digital where they have already been incurred or committed.
Results
No refund is available because of advertising performance, including dissatisfaction with:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CPL
- Revenue
- Leads
- Purchases
- Conversion rate
- Campaign performance
Performance is influenced by factors outside Expanse Digital's control.
Exceptions
Any exception to this policy must be expressly agreed in writing by Expanse Digital.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
